HOW
1-1 coaching sessions with staff members; regular training with board members and committee members; community facing workshops for members; the inclusion of the Intersectionality framework to organizational guidelines.

TASK
Conducted a half-day workshop series at a local credit union on Intersectionality, Thoughtful Communications, Empathy, and Compassion. 35 employees participated in this in-person training.
HOW
Hosted and facilitated interactive workshops about the intersectionality framework, what is thoughtful communication and how to practice it, what is empathy and compassion and why they are more important than ever.

Coach and mentor an upcoming, female identified, person-of-color, community and policy leader with the framework of Intersectionality.
HOW
A 12-month program that included 1-1 coaching sessions on intersectional leadership, intersectional living, and intersectional healing. Regular check-ins and resource sharing outside of regular 1-1 coaching sessions.

HOW
This podcast program has been running for 2+ years and is one of the main platforms for audiences, clients and partners to learn about the universality of Intersectionality.
