Advisory Services

We understand that not every organization is ready to commit to hours-long or months-long programming at this moment. We provide general consultation and advisory services on topics that are relevant to you and your team (i.e. empathy and curiosity, boundaries, allyship.)

Covers what intersectionality is, how it relates to curiosity, empathy, and boundaries, and how understanding intersectionality can help us unlearn bad habits and build new ones.

Sample topics include equity-focused leadership, empathetic leadership, leadership myths and unlearning them, curiosity, empathy, and compassion. Leaders will acquire useful and practical leadership tools from these sessions.

Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion 101

Our primer on equity, diversity, and inclusion. What do these terms mean? Why do they matter? How can these important ideas be put into action?

Stand Up to Racism and Bigotry

1-2 sessions

​Learn tools to stand up to racism and bigotry at personal, organizational, and systematic levels and support equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Upstanders and Allyship

1-2 sessions

Learn what allyship is, whether it’s enough, and how you can be a supportive force to underserved communities.

Most of us agree that learning is a lifelong process. Fewer know that unlearning is an important part of learning and is also a lifelong process. Why and when to unlearn? What and how to unlearn? We have the tools you need.

Microaggressions and Biases

1-2 sessions

Understand what microaggressions and biases are and what it feels like to be on the receiving end of them.

Debunk the Myths & Stereotypes

1-2 sessions

Understand common EDI myths, how they came to exist, and what to do when confronted with one.

Engaging Non-Citizen Employees 

1-2 sessions

Learn how to navigate immigration while centering your employees’ well-being and how to support the unique needs of non-citizen employees.
