A Mini Retreat on Cultivating Hope - Through Letting Go and Loving Deeply

July 17. (sliding scale)

On this 3-hour virtual retreat, we will cultivate hope and dreams for a better future through letting go and loving deeply.

To cultivate hope we must grow our collective power to make changes in the world by shifting from scarcity to abundance and from constant busyness and distraction to rest and stillness. We must commit to reflection, learning, unlearning, and presence. We must trust in and rely on the abundance that is always available within and around us. Rooted in our trust and commitment, hope shows us how to divest from systems of oppression, reinvest in living an abundant life, and work to make sure others can as well. Hope endures even though we know we may not live to see all the changes we are trying to make in the world at this time.

During this retreat, we will support and guide you to connect more fully and deeply to your source(s) of wisdom, healing, strength, joy, and care through meditation, movement, expressive art, deep listening, and brave sharing. You will learn and practice how to cleanse, metabolize, and release what does not serve and how to renew and restore your energy so that you can live and work in the world more abundantly. You will receive support to feed and strengthen your hope as you explore and expand your possibilities for active engagement. These include but are not limited to random acts of kindness, bravery, and beauty, caring for the land and community, resource redistribution, resistance and repair work, continued learning and unlearning, and collective dreaming.

Join us as we make time for:

Workshop: Living An Abundant Life.

March 18 - April 15. (sliding scale)

REST is not lazy, TIME is not a commodity, DREAMING is not frivolous, and ABUNDANCE belongs to us.

We can create and live in a world where all four form a heart centered, and interconnected ecosystem that is humane, resilient, and compassionate.

In 4 weeks, we:

- Invite you to experience time as cyclical and relational.

- Encourage you to engage in rest as a necessity.

- Inspire you to dream with audacity!

- Manifest an abundance life together.

Format:

Four weekly guided, interactive workshops including grounding, group learning and discussion, reflection, resilience practices, and support for solidarity work.

Attendees can choose to join a complimentary integration session the following week where we decompress and dream together.
