Intersectional Group tracks the legislations for Pay Transparency in the U.S. In 2025, we see a few new states added to the landscape, including Illinois, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, and Massachusetts. Delaware's pay transparency law will go into effect in 2027.

The Coast Redwoods offer us multidimensional perspectives and wisdom on the ecosystem, society, and spirituality. We can practice intersectionality and the abundance mindset in the redwoods.
