Since April, my little family in Oregon has been navigating injuries, recoveries, pain, and growth. What we learned together leads to a deeper and more profound appreciation of the Abundance Mindset.

In many belief systems, Hope is among the "top values" of humanity. It has been depicted in pop-culture over and over. Hope, has become one of the most-used words to show sympathy and give comfort. Hope, importantly, is a verb, which is oftentimes neglected. Active Hope, as an integral part of the Abundance Mindset, is what we need today.

It takes practice to implement the Abundance Mindset and incorporate it into day-to-day life. Follow these principles-time, rest, dreaming, space-can make the practice more accessible, enjoyable, and effective.
