For the 3rd consecutive year, Intersectional Group, teamed up with Latham Business Solutions, Word of Mouth, and Lumague Media, produced the Pay Transparency Report. This time, we focused on pay stories from citizens and residents in the Portland metro area. Informed by diverse voices from communities, this report explores support for pay transparency legislation and how it will benefit both workers and employers in our region. From conducting interviews to the release of the report, the production timeline was November 2023 to June 2024, giving us a present-day view of the landscape of pay transparency.
